at 01:40 in the video i find it confusing you go on left lane but still signaling left

It’s to clarify that your aren’t leaving the roundabout towards the Quays 3rd exit. If you look at the newer video with the Sat Nav shown option 2 is a more traditional way of doing it and May suit you better.
