Hill cutting will be going on even after giving fines of Rs. 2500000/- the amendment will be a clean chit to hill destroyers to pay the fine and continue the hill cutting. And accordingly plots rate will be increased inorder to recover Rs. 2500000/-

Vishwajit is trying to Find Out ways how to find a loop hole in the bill.what 25 lakh fine will do?will w5 lakh deter the defaulter?even if 1 crore fine ,then People will Cut hills n pay even 1 crore.this will not Deter But Encourage hill cutting n Destruction of nature.25 lakh fine will not fetch any results. On Saying Orchard land ,he is trying to divert n soften his Stand.Visvajit is trying to find Loopholes.
