police at the airport gave a challan to me for looking at my phone as I was going to drop off my self-drive car. I follow all the rules on the road. Never have been challaned in over 20 years. After spending lakhs these guys also want their pound of flesh. Paid the challan and now I am not going back to Goa. Thailand, Vietnam are much better and cheaper.
