So amazing to finally see you doing video about local goan food! btw, a fact about bibinca, the batter of bibinca is made into two parts to get 2 different colors and these batters are poured alternatively and baked layer by layer. So if bibinca has 20 thin layers, then it has been slow baked 20 times. 😌✨

It’s called Gudbud cuz it was prepared in urgency - Gadi Bidi in kannada which means urgency. This ice cream was invented in a restaurant called Hotel Diana in Udupi, Karnataka!

Malwani preparations of sea food taste absolutely delicious- they are some of the best non vegetarian dishes that exist. I absolutely love them. Also, the foul smell in sea food often arises when the sea food is not of good quality and not fresh, so it is important to eat them fresh. You can also try the malwani fish curry with bhakri- tastes amazing!

Gadbad icecream is speciality of Mangalore, Karnataka! Especially at Pabbas where it is supposed to have originated. The way the name gadbad came is another funny story in itself. :)

Ok so if u are visiting goa than fish thali is must.. In this particular thali.. u have rice, prawn curry, crab xec xec , dried prawns kismoor, fish pickle ( dark red) , king fish fry, another fish gravy, bhaji, Sol kadi, kheer Whenever u eat goan thali.. instead of having everything alone.. pair fish with rice and curry or may b crabs or subji.. the crabs juice is meant to b sucked for some extra flavour... Sol curry is given for digestion mainly..... I left eating non veg 5 years ago but if u want to try best goan cafreal than u should definitely visit chowgam road in porvorim... N Ross ommlett nahi khaya toh kya khaya.. so do try it if u come to goa.. N dear trust me.. the gravy takes a whole lot of love and effort to make gravy... N a perfect combo of home-cooked blaned of maslas 😍 Hope u liked being in Goa.. ❤️😘
