Hilltop on Vagator, Shiva valley and Curlies at Anjuna Beach are very popular. But please make your bookings by calling them in advance, because it's really crowded around New Year. Ek dum badia rahega 😊. September is a good time to visit Goa. There is still a little bit of rain, but it is less than the peak monsoon season which means you can plan a day on the beach, enjoy your water sports, or do some sightseeing without worrying about a sudden shower or a thunderstorm. Enjoy
