Wow outsider are given mutation certificate in one day. Pooja Sharma applied for Mutation on 8-10-2023 Certificate given on 9-10-2023 I applied to change my house number on my electricity bill. I can/t get a letter from the panchayat office and the electricity department is not doing it. the house number on my water bill is correct. Are we Goans are taken for a ride by this govt. office staff or are they only for Delhi walas.
