It seems like a lot of these goal planners are for people who already know what their goals are, and have no trouble following through on them. What I love about the Powersheets is the help you get in working out what your goals are, and then the support and encouragement when you don’t do everything you planned. You have completely converted me to the Powersheets Laken!

That’s a great point and one of the reasons I also love the power sheets!

I have been using the Full Focus Planner for over a year for work - but I use the bound version. I love it - it really does help me focus and the weekly reviews are great. I wrote my end of year review accomplishments easily by looking back on my weekly accomplishments. I also feel like I am working on my biggest priorities more now vs everything that gets thrown my way everyday.

I'm completely sold on the coiled Full Focus planner. I've been using the Passion Planner Daily and although the FFP layout looks similar, I love the option to fold the book back on itself exactly for the reason you said. If you brain-dump on the notes side, you can keep those thoughts totally separate from appointments and to-dos (and even out of sight). I also love the Monday start and an in-depth weekly breakdown, which the PP daily doesn't have. And I'm left-handed so I love that the left-hand side is the one with the schedule. I can't wait to start this planner!

I've been using Michael Hyatt's goal setting coaching for years before he even created his goal course which ultimately led to the development of the Full Focus Planner (and I used the original the first year it launched). He is a wealth of information and I highly recommend his 2 books: Living Forward and Best Year Ever. The 12 goals would be the 12 (max) for the year. He always recommends focusing on 2-3 per quarter. I use the smaller version for work right now. The hardbound version had ribbons to mark your goals page and current day. A lot of what I lived in this system is what made me choose Makse when it launched so I could have everything in one year.

I’m definitely intrigued by the focus planner and the 90 day planner. 🤔 lots to think about!! Good idea about grouping reviews. I find it valuable.

Just ordered the FFP. The extra daily notes page and weekly prep page were the big draws for me. The notes page will be used for daily devotional notes. I like the idea of combining what God is telling me through His Word on a given day and how effects my plans/events for the day. There’s a good chance I’ll use the weekly prep for tracking my food (ww points), and of course a weekly reflection section. Lots of amazing things about this Planner.

You read my mind as I was contemplating which goal planner to use for 2021. Appreciate the video! :)

I enjoy these comparison videos and really like learning about other goal-setting planners. The Full Focus one looks intriguing! I have such a hard time with planners, regular or goal-setting, that combine weekends on one page, because I like lots of space to plan my weekend days to make sure I get home and personal projects done that I don't have time to accomplish on weekdays AND space to plan fun, family, and/or self-care times.

I feel the same way about weekend days!

This is a really great video -- love that you're making content like this. This time last year I was transitioning from a 9 to 5 to a freelance career where my time was my own AND moving across the country. I ordered the Full Focus Planner as a way to test out a daily page that also came with some intentional structure. I LOVE the planner except I hated the paper (maybe they've changed???) and it felt more corporate than creative. I'm familiar with the creator of the Full Focus company cause he comes from the same church-world that I do (though there is NOTHING about the Full Focus planner that is faith-based). It's a great product and I loved using it. I just wanted something a BIT less corporate. When I see their posts on my instagram feed, however, I'm always tempted.

When they brought Megan on to develop the Bold line, they added more style like the inside of the one Laken shared here. My most recent one is the exact same paper as the very first one when it originally launched.

Yeah the paper is not the best, that would be frustrating for me too!

Before I really got involved in the planning community I really was close to buying the full focus planner but never actually did. It seems like a great planner and now I am thinking I should maybe try it for my daily planner (right now I am using the daily duo). Ughhh, decisions, decisions. Thank you for this video though!

Yes! Although some of these quarterly ones add up to being more, but the plum paper is a good less expensive option!

Hi Laken. I am in the market for a good Faith planner/journal. I love my Happy Planner Faith but I find the space is too small as I prefer to write out my scriptures then do the Observation and Actions. I ignore the categories and just I write the scripture for the day and it uses all the space. So I need something with more space. I'm even willing to try a horizontal layout of needed.

Great video! Even though 2020 has been a hot mess, I am happy to say that I have achieved some of my goals thanks to the Maskelife planner. I was wondering what the plum paper goal planner was all about and the Savoy planner is all over my IG ads so I'm happy to actually see in in person (through you).

Great content as always. Really appreciate your reviews on new planners. Was wondering if you’d be able to recommend any goal planners for teens? I was thinking of getting my 13 yo to start goal planning next year.

I think the plum paper is the best option for a teenager! The power sheets also has a girls goal planner that they recommend for ages 8-13! (I have a flip through on my Instagram TV!)

I was just looking at the PP goal planners last night. Do you knowwhat the difference is between the "ultimate goal planner" and the regular PP Goal planner? Also I love your nail color this week

The ultimate goal planner is what I reviewed in this video. The other ones have the goal pages on a monthly basis, but then a different weekly layout.

Do you have an affiliate link for the Savor Life Planner - this would work perfectly as I am a University student and our semesters are 12 weeks long - Perfect - I am going to order one in Magical Mint to match my PowerSheets Sea Glass. Thanks for the review, very helpful to see other planning systems out there.

The big wire binding, on all of these, is a definite "NO!" for me. It looks so child-like and unprofessional. I'd feel ridiculous taking that to a meeting.
