Ha, amazing! This movie is based on a series of comic books, telling stories from the life of Werner, an assistant plumber with a love for beer, and his friends. The movie was released in 1990 here in Germany and, just like the comics, had total cult status amongst us kids. And the naked lady was not a problem here in Germany, as far as I know this movie was allowed even for six year olds, at least in company of a parent. Here in Germany, the law and youth protection authorities care _a lot_ more about the depiction of violence and it in return often amazes me how brutal and violent shows from other countries and supposedly made for kids are . In this scene, Werner commends the chaos he caused like a sports commentator would comment a football game and he is totally spot on, casually mentioning facts like the blind guy being purchased from Inter Mailand for a crate of spratz. And just as a fun fact, in case someone is interested: In the 2011 sequel, Werner: Eiskalt (Ice Cold), there is a race between a Porsche and a custom made 'Porsche Killer' bike with four engines. And yes, they later made this bike in reality and yes, it won the race against he Porsche. First link leads to a short clip from the movie, showing the bike, the second link shows the actual race. The driver of the Porsche Killer btw. is Brösel, the author of the comis. I don´t understand either why people are so concerned about a drawn lady in a cartoon. Others even blacked it out in their reaction video. This movie was one of my favorites in my youth. And yes, this movie was authorized from the age of six (6 yo kids where officially allowed to see it in cinemas). I´m glad living in Germany, where nudity is not a thing, because it´s god-given naturalness and having a gun is NOT a human right but a privilege for people who made it through a tough controlled process. I´d rather let my kids see naked skin (even real) than that "Violence-is-cool"-thing that is the core of the american dream. Boobs don´t kill.

Just researched for the viewers age: In Germany it is free from 6 years of age. Keep in mind that nudity and alcohol are handled VERY different in different areas of our world.

Its not for kids. It is made for older teenagers and young adults who grew up in the 80s and 90s. Werner was our lifestyle back in the day. Me and my friends were all like Werner back then.

I saw the movie when I was 13 years old and laughed my ass off. The only thing I didn't like were the non-cartoon scenes. We kids loved the movie. XD

The bottles are german beer "Flensburger" the town is Kiel in north germany , in germany you get beer at the age of 16, buying and drinking is ok in public too. the book with the nude woman is age free in german in every shop, as long as it not porn. thats at the age of 18. so as summery the film is for minors.. you can watch it in german at the age of 12. there are 3 Wernermovies and try das "kleine Arschloch" funny too. have a nice day

Why shouldn't children watch it? because it's funny ? In Germany the film is released for ages 6 Years and up. Children shouldn't watch gun movies either, but that's okay in many countries. USA.

Wdym not for kids? This movie is rated 12+ in Germany.. In Germany, there is no fear of innuendo or nudity per se, only explicit porn is rated 18+. We believe it is better to let our children know what exists to guide and teach them, how to handle things (e.g. their sexuality and what comes with it). That is way better than to shield such topics from them so they have no clue how to behave once they are of age and have left the family home to live on their own. That is a cultural thing you will find especially in Europe.

The Werner movies are rated 6+, it takes something as raunchy as Das Kleine Arschloch, which has on-screen animated sex scenes, blood, drugs and a dog attempting to kill itself among other things, for a 12+ rating over here
