Awesome video Darin! I do about an hour of self development per day. You are one of my go too's for training and positivity. My wife Ashley and I just hit Gold!! Ours kids are beyond pumped because they have rewards on the dream board for gold ranking. They're sacrificing during this launch as well so we found a reward system keeps them involved and positive. We're running to Pearl by the end of the month for our Vegas launch!!! We are going to help 4 team members enroll a BP and then show those new BP's how to duplicate.
