@@saveonthe1 as with everything, there's good and bad. Are mentorship program through Amway has actually helped us out financially quite a bit. We went from renting an apartment where the renters above us were making drugs and it end up getting vented to our room to owning your own home and making a significant amount more based on the advice that they gave us. Our upline are closer to us than many of our "real" family and have been there for us more than almost anybody else ever has. The advice that they've given us actually help save our marriage,and they visit events like birthdays and school events that even our own family doesn't want to go to.

@@saveonthe1 what a sore loser. This is one of those guys who got dumped by his GF bcoz he didn't treat her right in the first place and now ends up hating every woman so he can feel a little better about himself. Probably joined some MLM company and discovered all his weaknesses but was too arrogant to address it so he decides to come out and attack others who are making a difference in everyone's lives. Lol

My name is Michael. I am 39. I have been an automotive tech. for many many yrs. because I thought this would make me happy. I was introduced to an organization where I saw a lot of people retiring from their jobs at the age of 23 and here I am 39 and had never even KNOWN there was an option like this.. long stort short.. I am constantly working on my mindset. I read books and listen to audios.. the one thing I am learning is it does not matter whether you read and listen to audios daily if you are not out implementing what you are learning and THAT is where I struggle somedays.. not everyday. I get into a positive area in my head and in my heart and then I give to strangers... then there are days I do not talk to anyone and I feel it is my subconscious destroying my progress. how do you suggest I overcome this everyday!? I thank you for your TIME helping me and others out with out struggles.

Like what I do is stick to my mentor Like, I share video or set up a webinar call to prospects, and immediately they are done. I call them yo know if they are interested. If they say "yes", I immediately edify my mentor and request 1/2mins to get back to them and ping my mentor to know if he/she is free. Once they say they are, I call that prospect immediately and put them on 3 way call with your mentor. And now, my downlines are doing it with me now. Summary: leverage on your mentor (that's the easiest way to close your prospect)

At the beginning I was nervous calling people. But I made myself call 150-175 people in a couple hrs, just banging it.... the more I called the more confident I became and If I didn't know the answer to a candidates questions I mever had an issue putting them on hold to have the right answer. I enjoy recruiting so muchhh!! But it really isn't for everyone, some people aside from being shy do not have manners and say things like "hey man"...yes I've seen it, or other that keep thinking that by lying will get people through the door when in reality you will piss off that candidate. Be honest of hrs, shift, pay, enviorment, benefits and don't add what isn't written.

@lizgaby9761
@lizgaby9761 4 жыл бұрын
@@feliciasims6992 you should have an ATS, the list can be of people who have worked there and are not on a DNR list, I was always careful with that because if you make a list and don't make sure the candidate is able to return, that DNR person will get there and when you check their profile they will be marked and you'll have to turn them down after calling them. Of course they would be upset about you calling and making them come in for nothing lol You can also make a spreadsheet with new candidates who have applied online or through your company, I used to do spreadsheet if I was going to go to starbucks to get away from the office.

Thank you Meghan for the kind words! Really appreciate the feedback. Yes, at times we can be our own worst enemy if we aren't careful. Sometimes the enemy can be the "inner me." :-) I've been there many times. Now I've realized that every time I've gone to a new level in my life or business was because I finally BELIEVED that I could. The way that I changed my beliefs is doing what you are doing. I started to think about what I'm thinking about.. I started to Read, listen, watch videos, etc. with people that had the life I wanted. Personal development is a big key in building your belief and confidence! One more thing was not waiting until I felt like I was ready. Most of the time we never feel ready. Don't worry about failing. The only way to truly fail is to quit. We don't fail. We win or we learn. :-) I will make sure to add that to my topics of what to train on in the future. Again, appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback!

meghan, its not you it is the industry. i highly encourage you looking at the income disclosures. 95% of people never make money and in fact lose money. of the remaining 5%, only a percent of two make above minimum wage. and only less than 1% actually make a living. again, its not you its the industry and people like Darin that tell you to keep going because they make money off you. Darin probably believes what he says. but in reality MLM is a money pit for almost everyone that tries.

@@mydailywell please can you tell me more?
@mydailywell
@mydailywell 4 жыл бұрын
@@blessingfrancis3982 Sure! You can add or gather emails in a platform that is designed to manage them. For instance, I use Kajabi. I have used MailChimp too, which is cheaper. A CRM system manages emails, and often (but not always) gives you a way to collect them too (like a free opt-in offer or a pop-up banner on a website). You can often put emails into certain groups based on who you want to email for any reason. Some CRM's are very comprehensive, like Infusionsoft or - to a lesser extent Kajabi- and some are easy and simple, like Mail Chimp. If you are using a more comprehensive CRM, they will have several ways to collect emails. With something like MailChimp, you can add and manage emails, but to collect them (via a free or paid offer), you may have to find yet another platform that specializes in offers, and then connect the offer to your email system (they will tell you how to do it). I keep it simple these days and just use Kajabi. It can seem confusing trying to piece it all together, but sites like Kajabi offer a lot, and make it easier. :)

Hey, I use to struggle with this as well. You might be afraid of peoples reactions, afraid of not knowing how to say the right things or you are simply afraid of rejection. But you will never be perfect from the start. The more you take action the more rejection you will experience but that is how you learn to approach and handle people better up untill a point where you are not afraid anymore. See this part as the pick axe you need to pick up to mine the gold. Yes you will feel very uncomfortable after the first few days, but at night you will go to bed knowing that nothing serious actually happened you are still fine, you still have the people that love you in your life and you are still ALIVE! Be brave, this hardship comes in any sort of business, so either way you will have to face challenges as big as this in any area of life. Except for the rewards you will reap from this is waayy better x

The fear comes from a natural place. There are two reasons for this: 1. You lack the how to. Meaning once you are in a position to talk with someone, you don’t know how to start the conversation, continue the flow and get the phone number. Solution: It’s simple. You have to learn the knowledge while you practice. So here is how every conversation will go. Ice Breaker-Conversation-Reason to Reconnect- Exchange # So the question is, how do we go through that system. This is where mentorship and practice comes to play. Ask your mentors, “hey what are some ice breakers you use constantly, where you at, what is the person doing or exuding” then you go practice. Start by going to a mall, and just making eye contact. Then when you get bored, smile while making eye contact. Then say Hi. Then move on to Hi How are you. Then after you are comfortable doing that, ask where the nearest Macy’s (whatever store is nearby”. Then after you are comfortable, ask a follow up question in the format of “Oh my god, it’s rude of me not to introduce myself, I’m Bretney what is your name?” Rince and repeat the cycle for every step above. By the way, Mall’s are great because if their body language is open and you guys have a good conversation, you can ask them on the spot if they’d like some coffee and you guys can continue the convo at the nearby starbucks. 2. Your Mindset is Incorrect Fear is a avoidance of pain strategy. The reason you are afraid to approach people is because you are in the pitching mentality. You want to recruit or string someone alongS This is incorrect way of thinking. Business regardless of industry is relationships. That goes with network marketing. Your job in talking to people is to build a relationship first, not talk to them about your opportunity. So if you are going in with the mentality of “I like this person and I want to be their friend” then the weight is lifted off your shoulder. This will yield a more natural approach and you will actually get more results. Keep in mind: You are a business owner. You are trying to build your dream team of like minded entrepreneurs. You want to make sure you like the people you are doing the business with, and that they are looking for you. Meaning they are dissatisfied, looking to become business owners, and on the hunt for an opportunity. You will never find this out in the first couples minutes of talking, so in this step focus on making friends and having subsequent conversations to find out the above point. In summary: Be in a friendship business, change your mindset to go and make friends, and practice enough times with guidance in short bursts that you are comfortable with. Hope this helps!

Of course recruiting is often times not easy, but if your company has a good road map and the system is welcoming for recruiting then it will make it simple. Once it is simple, it will be easy some day. If you need help, feel free to reach out on my IG @billionaire_friend

To me honestly, it depends of how they sound over the phone. Some people answer childishly and I already know I have to take a different approach..meaning like a strict mother yet friendly lol I know it sounds weird. After they have agreed to apply I'll say something like "I hope for you to like the position and expect for you to be on time for your appt." If they answer more normalish I'll end the conversation with " I hope meeting you soon, thank you". And always set reminder text with address, number and appt time.

Mlm success starts with setting and achieving realistic goals. Setting a goal that is too ambitious can lead to discouragement and burnout. It’s important to set attainable goals and work towards them in order to achieve success. Another key to success in mlm is to develop a plan for success. This should include doing research on the mlm company and their products, developing a marketing strategy, and dedicating yourself to learning the skills and techniques necessary to succeed. It’s also important to stay motivated and focused. MLM can be demanding, so it’s important to focus on your goals and the positive outcomes that can come from the hard work you put in. Finally, networking is key to success in mlm. It’s important to build relationships with people in the mlm industry, as well as potential customers. Networking can help you find new customers, partners, and resources.

Meeting people. We live in a very rural area and I work 2 towns over from 7:30 to 5:30, then home to fix supper for my husband. I do very little in the community (no hair dresser, shopper, etc.) Tried to have classes at local libraries; no one came. Personal invites but even when they said they'd come, they didn't. My husband does the little grocery shopping we need bc it's close to him. Vendor events are out of my price range ($300.00 for a wellness clinic!). Local farmer's tailgate market is $35.00/wk. Do not have this at this time.

I presently work as an Independent Recruiter, and my problem seems to be quite different, it appears to me that the speaker is talking about getting candidate's attention. I have over 30 professional people that have responded to me, therefore, getting primary candidates is not my issue, but getting companies to present them to in lieu of open positions. I have only had the luxury of dealing with 3rd party companies. There are huge problems when you can't deal with the companies direct, like the internal recruiter staff making poor judgement calls, and the candidates don't even get presented while all indications are they very well would have gotten the position, and by all means has all the right credentials.
