I’m having issues w/my stamina. I have been playing 1x/ week since mid July, and I’ve been having to get off the ice after @ 30 minutes. I’m exhausted by that point. I watched your video but w/ my knee issues I cannot run . My cardio consists of riding the stationary bike every other day for 20 min. I get my heart rate up to 140 -145 bpm ( I’m 69). Is there a bike workout I can do to increase my stamina and play an entire 90 min.pickup slot

Yes, you need to do more interval type training rather than steady state in the mid-zone. You can do the workout I show here, but do a stationary bike sprint rather than the shuttle - start with a 30-60s sprint.
