This came at such a great time.. I’ve been dealing with ‘stiffness’ in my right hip, but it feels more towards the rear top end of my glute (46yo Beer Leaguer).. Might need a visit to a PT soon.. comes & goes for a few weeks now

It is always a good decision to get it checked by the physiotherapist if it is getting worse or not getting better. Glad to help :) Let me know what you find out.

The only serious injury I’ve had in my career was a hyper bend in my knee, for a better name, a skater that was learning to stop so he stoped with me and made me go deeper in my kneeling and I felt my knee…sort of open in the front, my physio helped me a lot and I was off the ice for a month…so far I’ve been fine! A bit stiff but I’m back on my SMR

I feel like that is a big mechanism of injury for goalies - - skaters falling on them :) Glad you are feeling better Adrian!
