A few comments which, if implemented, will help these keepers: Firstly, technical training should be kept separate from the cardio work. Technique can be learnt best when players are not tired. Technique training should always come first. Secondly, more attention should be given to mechanical aspects in the technique work ie the 'shape' the 'feel', etc. Thirdly, using training posts no higher than eye level is highly dangerous. Fourthly, although predictable service from the coaches is important when grooving technique, the delivery should involve less predictability (and therefore surprise) when in a cardio session like those shown. Fifthly, it would have been good to see the players go through mental imagery and psychological exercises, which can be done on the training pitch to replicate match conditions as realistically as possible. Sixthly, all keepers were doing identical exercises. However, the reality is that they will all have strengths and areas for improvement - this should merit individual exercises or at the very least, some adaptations being made to the exercises for each player.
