SAVVY SKILLS: Episode 2 - Lunges, Day 1 - Footwork
Today we look at the preparation for improving your lunges. We start with some basic hip mobility to open up our range of motion. Next we add bands to create power. We focus on bringing our plant leg forward, through the lunge, to teach our bodies to attack through the ball, rather than at it. We end with a little explosiveness and change of direction before we tear apart the lunge tomorrow.
