The Philadelphia Union have finally ended their longest winless run in team history (10 games, 0-6-4) with a 5-1 victory over the New England Revolution. This is the first time the Union have scored five goals in one game since their 5-1 win against Orlando City on September 10, 2022. Tai Baribo scored his first career hat trick, the Union scored two set-piece goals, taking their total to 15 on the season (the most in MLS), and Cavan Sullivan finally made his debut, becoming the youngest player in MLS history to debut at the age of 14 years and 293 days.
