I think this explains why the Pittsburgh Goaltenders and players do well in their games.

They're never squared to the puck, they know the puck is going glove side and compromise the blocker side. Just bad habit. Done right, this is indeed a good drill.

Great skills but one of those kids equipment looked WAY too big.

Some people like big pads, I have long long legs so I use 36+1 pads, they are big but anything shorter and my knees end up laying on the ice and not in the knee cradle.
