Can you shallow fry or bake - i don’t like deep frying. Thx Karen - Can’t wait to try this recipe - looks yummy.

Alexa, you could risk breaking them. When they are deep fried, they get crisp all over all at the same time.

Awesome!!! The key to to not have too much moisture in your mixture. And made sure it’s properly chilled before you roll. Let me know!

Love love love your cooking ❤ and the way demonstrate everything so well. But pls pls pls do something about the music it's too loud. Talking to my friends n colleagues we all feel the music is not only too loud but inconsistent making it vety hard for us who commute on the GO trains n buses where the music can still be heard. The inconsistency of loud music takes away the joy from watching your videos n is more stressful. Thank you Karen for understanding our plight. Blessings.

Hi Ranfert, I've never frozen them personally, but my friends say you can before they are fried.

Great recepie. Loved the details you share. Just one request n pls don't take it a miss the music is way too loud as it takes away from whatever you are saying. It's a total turn off for such a fabulous n beautiful video.

I’ve never made them with Chicken, but my friend said it can be done. I’d be sure to use lean chicken meat(breast) without fat.

Is it half kg kheema or mince used or 1 kg?
@KravingsFoodAdventures3 жыл бұрын
1 lb is 0.453592 so it's roughly 500 gms, but you can double the recipe for a larger batch.

Yes, instead of adding whole spices and worrying about removing them after you can use garam masala.

I noticed that you didn't wash the minced meat 😕 I always wash mince meat till the water runs clean, am I wrong by washing the mince before cooking
@KravingsFoodAdventures4 жыл бұрын
Hi Lorette - it's more of a personal preference. I know that the Beef I get is very hygienically packed, hence I don't find it necessary. If I buy it from a Butcher usually I just give it a surface rinse to rinse the areas that may come in contact with the board etc. You can read more here - www.leaf.tv/articles/how-to-wash-raw-ground-beef-with-water/

wonderful...I love them......I sort of thought that they had some Goan Sauce (like Lee n Perrins) in the mix ? My favourites are from a shop opposite the church in Sholim…..also in Mapusa market.....and at "The Pub" overlooking the market.....and a couple of places in Galangute…...in fact, I love them anywhere !......much love to you from UK
