Karen, this soup looks hearty and delicious indeed. Is this your take on classic Chinese hot and sour soup or another established soup? Just curious. BTW, I have actually been "kraving" hot and sour soup lately. How did you know? 😁
@KravingsFoodAdventures2 күн бұрын
hahahahha I just knew .... it's my take on a very established soup. I love Hot & Sour, but it tastes so different from restaurant to restaurant.

@KravingsFoodAdventures On those occasions I do a Chinese buffet, I load up my bowl with wontons from that soup, then fill the bowl with hot and sour soup. It's the ultimate.

I'd eat this, but what's Russian about these seviyaan covered chicken kofte with Arab music playing in the background?
@KravingsFoodAdventures2 күн бұрын
It's called a Russian cutlet ....but nothing to do with Russia ....so you could just enjoy it with whatever music you prefer.

I love mushrooms, too. So yummy! I'm opting for a traditional turkey, but I do have chicken livers in my freezer, and I want to use them. I'm thinking of a non-traditional stuffing. Can I use beef stock instead of chicken stock? Marry Christmas.

ha ha thank you ... I've had a few comments about this ... it's actually not a cutting board but one of those pizza stones and it's discolored around the edges, but I can assure you, it's not dirty. I've actually stopped using it in videos ... Happy holidays!

I love the tips and have one of my own. Living in UK I too have the issues of the batter not rising despite the yeast (in winter). I use the yoghurt setting of an instant pot which works brilliantly for me.
