Goan Drumstick Sukke | Easy & Delicious Moringa Pod Recipe | Sahjan ki Sabzi

This Goan Drumstick Sukke (Sangacho Sukke Bhaji) recipe is easy and quick, packed with deliciousness! Drumstick (moringa pod) has a variety of names across the country - Sajjan, murungakkai to name a few - but whatever the name, its benefits are agreed upon in unison :)
In accordance with the poll results of my recent post, I'll be uploading a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes in the next few weeks but do expect more of the former. Thank you very much for your support, constructive feedback and inputs :)
Ingredients (can serve 4-5):
4-5 Drumsticks (peeled, cut and rinsed)
2-3 Tablespoons of Oil
1 levelled teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 levelled teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Medium-sized Onion, roughly chopped
3 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
1/2" piece of Ginger, finely chopped
1 Large Tomato, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/2 cup of Water
1/2 cup freshly grated Coconut
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
Salt to taste
