SALAD BHAJI
ingredients:
👇
Tomatoes - 4 medium sized pulpy
Onions - 4 big ones
Green chilles - 5 chopped( spicy)
Turmeric - half teaspoon
Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
Goan garam masala(1/4 th teaspoon)
Curry leaves 10-12
one garlic clove (chopped)
Salt as per taste
Sugar - one fourth teaspoon
coriander leaves - chopped a fistful
Oil to saute Onion ( 2 tablespoons)
For Tadka:
A teaspoon of mustard seeds
Less than a teaspoon of jeera
Hing as per need
Little oil
This bhaji goes well with dosa or roti
Please Note: I ve added coriander leaves on tadka
