1 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp rice
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/4 tsp fenugreek ( methi )
1 tbsp oil
Asafoetida
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Salt to taste
2 tbsp jaggery
