Authenic recipe. 👌👌 Just that we qgain add udid and methi to rhe second tadka before we add the raw mangoes. It gives a stronger flavour.

Always add methi seeds last while frying seasoning as they burn fast.

keep the flame low while frying ... it gives out lovely aroma ... methi may taste bitter if added last & not fried properly
