Because we live in an age of of immediate satisfaction. We think, speak and act for immediate gain. So in the case of entertainment the immediacy of sexual eye candy extracts profits by the very fact of attracting immediate attention. The sexualization, which has itself been merchandized, of art is a debacle. Not to say you can't have nudist art, its the sole role of objectification and hence consumption of the body, which is the problem.
