This recipe is about goat brain fry | Mutton Brain pepper fry , Which is high in cholesterol, very fragile and delightful in taste . Goat / Lamb brain - 6 No’s
Shallots - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 7 - 8 No’s
Green Chillies - 5 - 6 No’s
Curry leaves - 3 Sprigs
Tomatoes - 2 No’s
Cumin seeds - 3/4 Tbsp
Pepper corns - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Tempering
Fennel seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Cardamom - 2 No’s
Cloves - 3 No’s
Cinnamon - 1
Bay leaves - 1
Star Aniseed- 1
