Unfortunately I don’t get fresh animal brain to buy where I live (gets exported to France in a wink). Can I use frozen brains instead. That’s not to hard to get my hands on.
@ussvmehar7352 Жыл бұрын
Absolutely.. Hv to clear your misconception first.. frozen is fresh only.. flash frozen immediately after cutting.. more fresh than your " fresh" brain.. actually

You don't eat cattle's brain. It can lead to Mad cow disease. People eat lamb /goat brain.

If I can find somewhere that sells mutton brains I will make this in an instant. Unfortunately, in the United States, it is very difficult to find this sort of thing. It is illegal for them to sell cow brains, and most places carry that over to any kind of animal brains. Americans are very picky about what parts of animals they will and won't eat, and Americans of European descent are always making it hard for the rest of us to get cuts of meat which we prefer. There seems to be some sort of taboo on cooking and eating brains. They even enforce it on stores serving those of us in the community for whom eating every part of the animal is normal everyday thing, so you cannot go into the local Indian grocery and get brains, because the local governments, and sometimes the national governments have made it illegal. Strange people these Americans are, wasting so much which could make good food.

You need nothing, fry the brain in oil with chilli powder and salt nothing else needed. Yes it ll shrunk but oil fry brain is special.
