This guy is hardcore! Doesnt shy away from the spices, both in variety and amount. A culinary logic behind everything he does. I could sense the aromatics seeping through the screen as I watched.

Been a cook for years. It’s all about doing each step above and beyond. You can give 2 people the exact same recipe, and with different techniques and skill level, they’re almost guaranteed to come out different.

I was so inspired by your goat curry recipe, i started hunting for 'Goat meat' online (as GOAT MEAT is not available in local shops in London) and found the right source (Dorset Meat Company) 200 miles away. They will deliver it in 4 days and I can't wait. I also have ordered MDH MEAT MASALA from Amazon right away. Since I left India (now reside in London) 40 yrs back, I was always missing Goat curry...and I'm going to have it next week. How very exciting. Thank you Ajay and wish you all best!

And indeed, many surely lead astray by their (vain) desires without knowledge. Indeed, your Lord, He (is) most knowing of the transgressors. 6:120 Forsake open [the] sins and the secret. Indeed, those who earn [the] sin they will be recompensed for what they used to commit. 6:121 And (do) not eat of that, not has been mentioned (the) name (of) Allah on it, and indeed, it (is) grave disobedience.
