That was the best mutton recipe I have seen. Tomatoes were added late that is good as tomatoes makes the meat stiff if put earlier. Also the water added late makes the masala to be cooked well with the meat.

This is a magnificent recipe, thank you. My flatmate has recently moved from New Delhi to Melbourne, Australia, and we both absolutely loved the results. He actually said it tasted as good as the ones his uncle made for him as a boy. Thanks especially for explaining the logic of the process - you're so right about taking the time to complete each stage of cooking properly. Today I got up at 5.00am to make it again. Best regard, and many thanks to you.

Simple easy to follow recipe. Good job! And I agree with Debbie here. For people who cook Indian food regularly, it is easy to estimate the amount of spices needed. A bit difficult for others. PS: Stupid frigging comments; just ignore them.

Hello Robert, just taking a second to say you run easily one of the Top 10 channels on all of youtube, your commentary is consistently hilarious, and you seem like a super likeable person. Reason I'm commenting, is because since you're a but of a celebrity on youtube, I would like a bit of star power in my brand new community: Fuck General Motors. First of all, allow me to tell you the reason I made this community. Recently, General Motors has been importing electronic parts of very low quality in from china to be used in all their newer models, they've been doing this for a while now, and as a result, thousands of cars have gone wrong and killed innocent people, and GM is avoiding being used by some of the most cowardly ways ever seen before in history. It's really genuinely pathetic, so Rob, it would absolutely make my entire year if you would join this community and share it, it's all for a good cause I swear, I'm not looking to become famous or anything, I just want to grow my community until it's almost impossible for anyone to avoid it, if all goes well, people will start finding out about all the terrible things GM has been doing and no longer support them, and GM will go bye bye, cease to exist, and stop leaching off of government money, they've been bailed out about 4 times Rob and they simply will not stop until we force them, they've stollen trillions of dollars. So, if you've read this far Rob, I'd also like to tell you that you are the one popular youtuber I chose to share this community with, I'm not going to spam it everywhere, and you are also one of the nicest youtubers, you've replied to my comments on your videos more than once, and that always made me very happy, so at least thank you for that. You have no idea how much it would mean to me if you shared this Rob, you'd be helping kill a bad guy, GM is genuinely a very evil greedy company. I really hope you read all of this Rob, it really means the world to me.

Made this last night - it was very good! I would still like to have the amounts for the spices, because I think i overestimated on some things. You have said you will provide them for your future videos, but I don't understand why you can't add more descriptive text in the notes for THIS video to give the measurements. if you want people to learn from your video, then it just seems like a logical thing to do. Oh, and you sound just like the scores of East Indian people I have known over the last fourteen years who have been raised for most of their lives in Canada by parents who weren't. I hope you continue to make cooking videos :)

Your videos are very informative, keep up the good work. I know you are just starting out but if I might make a suggestion, some spice measurements would be helpful in your future videos for those of us who are novices when it comes to Indian cuisine. I would love to try this but I don't how much of the spices to put, thanks.
@SadiqAliSheikh2110 жыл бұрын
it would be fast if you add onion.. ginger paste .. then all spices so that they roast. little.. n after that tomoatoes and lastly meat.. or u can start with meat adding some turmeric n salt with the meat first ...after the water dries up.. add some oil to the meat n fry it.. in the mean while u can chop and make all other spices ready.. or u can cook both parallel ways.. .... n later u mix both masla and meat.. it will taste great.. .. so that u can save time.......any ways it would take almost 40 minutes or 1 hr... thnks for ur video...!!

I like the way you explain what you're doing step by step - does a lot to show technique. I am currently trying Indian cooking and purchased a bunch of the spices at an Indian market that specialized in that cuisine but I suspect the quality of them is poor. Also, the process of creating the marsala appears common to many dishes but unusual to American cooking processes so I am so happy I came across this recipe because it helps me understand that better. The only wish I have is that you include recipes to follow while cooking - hard to cook and watch vider. Thanks

I like this recipe. It's simple and easy to replicate. I agree with previous comments that exact measurements should be included (either embedded in the video as subtext or in the video's description so that people can always refer back to it while they're making this dish. Do you think ox-tail would be a good substitute for goat? It's difficult to find goat in my area. Looking forward to trying this one. Thanks!

Nice work. Will be trying out your recipe this weekend. I have watched several goat recipes on the web. So far this looks the easiest and the best. Tomatoes gives any dish the rich sweet silky taste and potatoes are fillers and starch that would help thicken the gravy and you can feed more people as goat is not cheap anywhere, unless you are butchering your own goat. I add potatoes in my chicken curry and beef curry. :)
