The entire game owes its existence to Harry Potter, and everyone involved with it clearly loves Harry Potter to an extent, or they wouldn't be playing an entire game based off of it. Pretty sure Chimeron is the Hufflepuff stand in if anything. The houses are laid out as Hercinil - heroes, Aqrabus - cunning (i.e. evil), Messanteu - smart and Chimeron - the rest. Heroes, evil and smart all map pretty directly onto Gryffindor, Slytherin and Ravenclaw

Yes, they’re using a system called Kids on Brooms. Basically when you build your character, instead of having a + or - to a normal D20 for whatever kind of role, you have a specific dice for that role depending on what class you choose. So a character like Evan has high Grit and gets a bigger dice, while a character like Dream has low Grit and has a small dice.

Kids on Brooms is a skin of kids on bikes, essentially there are six(I think) stats. You assign a dice type to each. They then are rolled again if you roll the max and if you fail you get a token which you can use later on to add 1 to any roll or to another players roll.

ok but as someone who went to a boarding school for a year, watching this made me realise we definitely didn’t have contraceptives of any kind available on campus, even though i’m pretty sure the culture in Denmark is more open about sex than in both America and England. tbf i think it was because you weren’t supposed to fuck at school (and everyone had at least one roommate), but like people definitely *did* do it anyway, and the school was in a rural area, so it wasn’t like it was convenient to buy anything at all (i do know that some people at least had condoms, because i found an unopened one on the floor of my room….) but yeah, thankfully the school was better than Gowpenny on all other fronts that i can think of (except magic)
