What I love about Misfits and Magic is that they have one player be the obvious Chosen One, whoch can cause issues for a ttrpg group, but the other characters who are much more grounded still have unique moments to shine. I was worried at first that Evan may overshadow the others, but it really speaks to the skill of the players and DM that that's not the case.

I love that these guys end up becoming such a tight-knit and loving group of friends but their first interaction ever was "Oh shit you're that girl that almost got murdered by a bird!"
