Great video! Made me crave pepper soup na na, But not everyone knows the name of the ingredients can you please put their names up! Is it okay to use the pepper soup mix we have here in the African store in the U.S?

What’s the difference between jumbo crayfish flavour and ordinary crayfish please? Looks yummy

Anon Collins jumbo crayfish is like crayfish stock cube but in a powdery form, whereas ordinary crayfish is crayfish that was dried outside by the sun then they ground it. Hope it made sense.

Hi Anon.. Ordinary Crayfish is natural while Jumbo Crayfish Flavour is a seasoning that consist, salt , wheat, starch, 2% shrimps........and many more ( According to the ingredient listed on the container)

Hi Crystal.. Please try to make it .. Depending on how much softness you want for your meat.. I will suggest 1hour to 1.20min for very soft meat easy for the fork or 45 min for medium meat toughness under medium heat
