Goat's Milk Fruit is known as the king of wild fruits in Yunnan. Its shape resembles goat's milk, hence the straightforward name 'Goat's Milk Fruit.' The small, oval fruit turns bright red when fully ripe and has a sour and astringent taste. But since it grows in Yunnan, Yunnan people have found various ways to turn it into delicious dishes!

Quả này ở Việt Nam gọi là quả nhót ạ, lúc non chấm muối ớt ăn ngon lắm ạ, chín thì chua ngọt nhưng rất ít người ăn, thường là bỏ cho chín rụng đầy gốc. Vậy mà qua bàn tay chị lại tạo ra nhiều món ngon và đẹp như vậy. Thật là khéo tay và sáng tạo ạ.
