the big difference is that they put this price on their cards but if thieves stole them how long would it take to sell them? The price they put on the menu is very good, but does it really cost that much? how long would it take to sell a letter like this for that price? if they get to sell it because I doubt very much that anyone will buy them

You can't steal those. The cards are so high profile and so few out there, each with it's own serial number, if you tried to sell it, it would draw a lot of attention. Buyers would avoid that stuff as they could pay 5-6 digits for a card just for it to be confiscated and returned to the rightful owner...with no compensation for buying stolen merchandise.
