Shes so unremarkable and bland that people literally don't realize she's even there. Hence the constant who and her's? They've done the joke since season 2 when she was introduced. So when he said I thought you were hair it's like when Michael didn't notice her on the elevator that they were riding together 😂😂 hopefully that clears it up.

These two seasons are absolutely the weakest of the series as it turned more into a self-reverential bit of quicksand, but it was still fan service and there were SOME good bits in those seasons (and they were still leagues better than most of the stuff that was being put out at the time).
