पूरा वीडियो देखा, बहुत अधिक मार्मिक और सत्य निकट था, बहुत अच्छा लगा... पर वीडियो के अंत मे पता चला, की इस बेकरी के रहम से बच्चों को पढ़ाया, लिखाया, और अब वो कही ओर नौकरी कर रहे हों, इस बात से मुझे बहुत दुख हुआ, की आज बच्चे इस काम को पसंद नही करते, लगभग ये हर छोटे दुकानदारों / कारखानों की कहानी है, ये बच्चे चाहते तो पढ़ लिख कर, आज इस बेकरी को एक बहुत विस्तृत स्वरूप देते, अपडेट करते, नई दुनिया को जोड़ते, पर जिस शाख से उड़ना सीखा, आज उन परिंदों ने इसे नकार दिया.... दोस्त एक बार हो सके तो मुझे फ़ोन जरूर करना.... शुक्रिया

When he said that his children don't like this line of work I was heart broken , I understand not all like baking or cooking but then this is an awesome opportunity to turn this bakery to the next level just imagine u know.with different kinds of breads that could be made and renovation and all. it's not impossible.

His Father Started the bakery as means of survival and he carried it forward. It's was his choice . likewise his children have a choice to take it forward or not . ultimate goal should be survival either hando ver to someone who's interested or sell....

Heart touching video, I'm also a pastry chef working right now in Saudi Arabia and I have baking experience for nearly 30 years, but my two sons dont want to learn or follow my work what I'm doing, but I gave them a good education and one son is working as a ticketing consultant in a travel agency and the other son is a cabin crew working for qatar airways now. So that's the life I'm going thru I have a daughter and she follow my footsteps and do little little baking at home . In my 30 years of experience I struggled a lot to become a pastry chef and I'm a proud pastry chef too now. I'm from Sri lanka.

Great work guys👏👏... this is such a great idea for a documentary shoot. By showing this type of stuff to the peole, we can show them the real struggle of a ground level business man... nd Shamsheed Ansari is my uncle that is why i can more relate to this video. Because i know him personally so i can say he was struggling since his childhood. So he is not a survivor, but a warrior who is fighting against the situations.
