Written Recipe:
Prep Time 15-20 mins.
Ingredients:
1: 1 Teaspoon Red chilli powder.
2: 1 Teaspoon Salt.
3: Half teaspoon turmeric powder.
4: 1 Small Onion.
5: 500 grams cauliflower.
6: 2 Medium sized potatoes.
7: 1 Tablespoon fresh coriander.
8: Half teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
9: 2 Tablespoon oil.
10: Half Teaspoon coriander powder.
11: 1 Medium sized tomato.
12: 1 cup water.
Method:
-Heat the utensil.
-Add oil wait for 1 min.
-Add onion.
-Add ginger garlic paste.
-Cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
-Add Gobi Aloo
-Add Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
-Add 1 cup water.
-Close the lid and Give 1 whistle.
-Add 1 tomato.
-Cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
Yummmmy Gobi Aloo is Ready.
