He never fought even low level monsters, he might have tripped and fell and killed them but never by his hand , he doesn’t even like picking up a sword cause it’s too “heavy “. He always won by being there.

I didn't think he did but I believe there is one panel in the anime that shows him slashing a low level creature on the episode he was introduced. I feel for him, the poor guy just wants to go home.

True, but he could put his companions in line if they act out. He is just too meek to do that.
