Now that I can walk again, that was the best core workout I’ve done in years! I’d forgotten that if you can’t feel a workout afterwards, it’s probably not doing much. Thank you very much!

Think haven’t made a comment on this routine yet. As always I love your routine exercises specially the ab workouts. Have no time to go to the gym so I’m here with you whenever I need a quick sweat. And it works for me. Hope you have more ab workout routine.

Thank you so much for this. Your exercises are so so good and I love the way you teach. I found that my thighs were were shaking and tight as well. Am I suppose to feel that? I’m not young anymore and I use to do Mari Windsor years ago. I love Pilates and I’m definitely going to follow you. Thank you so much 😊

Hello! Yes, that's a normal part of these exercises. As your abdominal muscles get stronger, they should start to fatigue more than your thighs. But both are great! X
