I would ask for an infinite Adderall potion. Haha I had a pretty critical case of MS (multiple sclerosis) and I got a LOT of treatments and I even went to Puebla Mexico for a month for the best Bone Marrow Stem cell transplant and I have been getting better and better but I need Adderall because my brain got screwed up and I need the instant critical stimulant Every once in a while.
