I think u can't unlock blood rage using ppsspp bcoz blood rage use R2+O and only in ps vita or ps4 only have ending fight

you unlock by chapter 110, it's part of the main story so it's impossible to miss it

yeah during the customization you can choose between like a range of 10-15 people I think, there's a video on KZbin about the customization somewhere if you search for it
