Morning family in Christ. Wisdom would tell us not to respond any more, to daily negative remarks about pastor Begg. You don't find this kind of behavior anywhere in the bible by godly people. It's been weeks now. Let God defend Alistair! 📖☕🙏

Grace and peace to all brothers and sisters in Christ. Pastor Alistair Begg is a loyal servant of God who not only preaches the truth as it is written but lives it out and many have much to learn from him. Spoken with such grace and compassion as always that when people give into sin and appease those desires, it becomes easier to do it again and becomes harder to acknowledge it as sin anymore. As people become hardened by that sin, it becomes more difficult to walk away from it until they finally submit to it and accept it as a norm. That action that happened in the past has lasting consequences and what happens afterwards becomes a lifestyle. This kind of character is representative of a debased mind, the evidence of the wrath of God here on earth in our midst in the meantime. Those are the people who we as Christians should minister to and introduce the Gospel to, not add on to their punishment by pointing fingers at them and deriving some kind of sick pleasure from seeing them struggle. If you truly understand the gospel it should transform your view and your understanding of peoples condition, bringing about a passionate desire in you for their salvation (not an arrogant condescension toward those unsaved) remembering you're breathing the same borrowed air God gives to all sinners in His mercy and God allows you to live on the same earth not because you are better but because He killed His Son in your place. In doing good to even those who hate us, we show forth the character of our Savior to the world. May we pray for the Lord to give us this love and forgiveness as we encourage one another to walk in it. God bless you and keep spreading the gospel, encouraging one another and trying to live a peaceable life.

I’m healing surviving and thriving by the grace of GOD! God please continue to empower me with your grace so I may keep going. As a single mother I’m struggling to provide for my sons both are on the spectrum and I’m overwhelmed! Every month is a struggle to survive. Jesus help me to overcome my fears. Because I am fearful all the time. As I struggle to buy groceries and as I struggle to pay rent. Just know I trust you Lord. I won’t be discouraged NO MATTER WHAT! I choose faith!

I raised a daughter and a son without child support from their father. My son, on the spectrum is now 29 and able to live alone with a disability pension (Canada). He has some outside personal support occasionally. God is good, trust Him, pray to Him, listen to Him, thank Him and praise Him. He will get you through. He did it for me and I still wonder how. My heart goes out to you during this challenge and at 61 I am still working on my relationship with God. My son is a beautiful man now. God bless you.

How did Jesus handle critics? How did Paul? Go and do likewise. Thank you Pastor Begg for modeling grace and the evidence of the Holy Spirit inspiration in your life.

Jesus DIED for us sinners. Paul suffered beatings, imprisonment and beheading. Yet the modern narcissist makes it all about them. crucifixion and beheading trumps "You hurt my feelings"

Proverbs 27:19"As in water face reflects face, so a mans heart reveals the man. Or as Jesus said,"Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks." May the words of my mouth and the thots of my heart be pleasing unto You oh LORD, my strength(Source) and my Redeemer(Savior, One to Whom I owe it all, Holy One, Who's place in Judgement I dare not take) Ps 19:14. Are my words pleasing to the One Who forgave me?

If I properly understand what Allister is saying here: The fact that the word of God says that "this is what some of you "were", means that salvation is a free gift, given to us from God, but we that have become believers also must give up those things that are contrary to God's principles. Gods word says "faith without works is dead" and it also says, "those that are my sheep obey my commands". I am paraphrasing here of course. I say this realizing that none of us are perfect "especially me". Given this shouldn't we turn from those practices as a believer and neither condone or mistreat those that do those things but always be ready to tell the truth about what God's principles are regardless of what the person to whom we are talking to, or what the world thinks is normal or ok. That's just my opinion which means nothing of course. God bless this Ministry.

Thank you Lord I actually slept through the night! 🙏♥️🙏 Mark 2:9-11 English Standard Version 9 Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise, take up your bed and walk’? 10 But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”-he said to the paralytic- 11 “I say to you, rise, pick up your bed, and go home.”

Grace and peace to all my brothers and sisters in Christ! Pastor Alistair Begg makes and interesting note that "sin is a condition before it's ever an action." ALL people know right from wrong (the tree of knowledge of good and evil "Gen.2:9 & 3:7") yet there are those who not only continue in doing wrong but encourage others to do the same until it is considered a norm. That's when moral standards vanish, society crumbles and complete chaos ensues yet they are committed to creating a society in which these things are accepted and approved... I believe he also quoted from the book "after the ball", on the jamming technique (a technique in which people are showered with images, videos and conversations on radios, tv's, billboards, social media, etc. to a point of submission, and if you go against that agenda YOU are the one who is a evil or a bigot). It starts with innocent things, then a variety of experimental things with variety of individuals, to unspeakable practices to where anything normal/natural becomes boring to the point of no return. The people who practice such sinful behavior usually end up with other problems (alcoholism, drug addiction, depression, attempts at ending own life, mental illnesses, rapes, murder, anger issues, etc etc ad-nauseam) over a choice to rebel against God... That is why these people need the gospel. Giving the Bible as a gift to those who are perishing is the best advise and I thank God there are such loyal servants of God as pastor Alistair Begg out there. Only Jesus Christ is able to save them (like He saved me) so speak the truth with love.
