I met with a guy who ran AA. Told my story of being betrayed. He told me to go home, get on my knees, and pray every day blessing I'd want for myself for the man who hurt us deeply. It took weeks to pray blessings on my enemy until I handed it over to God. Prayer is a mighty non carnal weapon. Better not bitter, AMEN! Don't look back. I look forward. "The past is the past, and only what we do for God will last."

Let's be very clear on this - apart from Jesus we can do nothing. So we cannot love, cannot forgive, cannot obey unless we are truly surrendered to God's will and allow the Holy Spirit to lead us in life. Forgiveness is a command, not a choice. Everything is harder when we try to do it in our soulish flesh, and seems impossible and it will continue to be, unless we be real with God and let him know that, I am hurting, I am wounded by life, my choices and what others did or did not do. Please forgive me Lord and help me to forgive, to love to represent the Kingdom of God as your son/daughter that will lead others to you. Forgiveness is a process, allow the Holy Spirit to work in your heart, soul and spirit. Be blessed ❤

I’m dealing with this and it hurts so bad. I’ve tried to do everything I know to do but this person keeps hurting me and bringing up the past and accusing me of things that are not true. It’s their truth and there’s nothing I can do but pray. I forgive them every time and I still love them. I don’t know if they think that hurting me with their verbal abuse and accusations is their way of making me pay for things in the past. Even if there is no reconciliation on this side of heaven. Jesus is enough. I forgive them and love them. I pray for their salvation. All I want is peace and reconciliation but most of all their salvation. ✝️🙏❤️
