Wow, it’s such a blessing in itself to watch two beautiful woman who are so inspirational. I grew up watching Candace like everyone else. Tara Lee is so full of information and it’s mind blowing how she delivers it with such a perspective you didn’t consider. So articulate and encouraging , fun and refreshing. She’s so at ease and it rolls right off her tongue effortlessly cuz she just gets it and it’s so exciting. It just makes you want to learn it more and more. It’s like my wedding video, I have watched it how many times and I only just saw my dad make a cute funny face in a quick clip cuz my focus was somewhere else every time. Thank you for this podcast. I discovered it yesterday and I love it. It has a very soul calming effect. One comment about God and us not being able to disappoint God: In German, the word for “disappointing someone” is “enttäuschen”, which includes the word “täuschen”, which in English translates to “to deceive someone”. We cannot deceive God or pretend to be someone we are not. He knows our hearts.

Candace, this episode spoke to my heart! I know exactly how you felt with your son Lev and his cholesteatoma. My daughter was diagnosed at 9 years old with a cholesteatoma. She had two surgeries and cannot hear out of one ear. I had very similar circumstances with God and her diagnosis. For the first time in my life, I learned to trust and surrender to God with everything. ❤️ God is so good! Keep sharing God's word.

I agree with y'all that God doesn't run from us when we sin, praise the Lord for that. But, I would like to clarify that our sins do separate us from God (Isaiah 59:2). He is more concerned with us being holy than He is us being happy. Just don't want anyone to think that He is not concerned with our sin, although He may not run away from us He does expect confession and repentance for our fellowship to be restored. Perhaps this was discussed and I missed it. I love Candace and her stance on Biblical values. Thank you for being a light and example!

I have seen the Lord working his wonderful miracles in the most “insignificant” ways. I say insignificant because, those little details we miss, is where the biggest miracle happen. What about those of us who endure physical affliction on a regular basis and it doesn't end? I love God and I'll never leave Him. I cannot imagine life without Him. He is my Anchor. I know He heals still today because I've seen it and His Word says He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Yet I see some people get physically healed while on this earth and others receive healing when they go to heaven and have a completely new body with no ailments. This is something I don't completely understand about God. He says in his word that His ways and His thoughts are Higher than ours. He is Sovereign. He is Love. He is Hope. He is just and all that is good. We would have no goodness without Him. I get weary in the afflictions, yet He continues to provide and take care of all my needs. He blesses me just when I need it the most. He didn't promise life would be easy . But He promised to never leave us or forsake us.

I want to say thank you both so much for teaching me the trinity and the meaning of it! When I listened to this pod cast I re watched over and over again until I was able to understand this! God was able with his holy spirit was able to be at work for me I'm so blessed that I'm able to understand 🙏 🙌 as an ex Jehovahs witness I was taught they all were separate 🙏 and that us far from truth! They all are one that plays different roles ans with this pod cast am happy and I read my Bible daily now and today I was reading 1john 5, John 1 and I read Zechariah 5 and just reading the Bible alone I'm so happy and filled with grace can't wait for tomorrow pod cast 😊 tomorrow

Candace the same thing has happened. I've experienced the enemy's attacks when i'm closer to God. Sometimes i distance myself from God because i'm afraid of the enemy's attacks. I made a decision not to fight and there's this empty space within me now.
