Most Christians believe that God is a Trinity. This would mean that we should use words like "they" and "them" when referring to God. Does the Bible use plural pronouns for God? If it doesn't, wouldn't that help to prove that God isn't a Trinity?

@@trumenfreight6055 There's no need to explain it. It makes absolutely no difference to the trinity debate because it doesn't prove God to be THREE PEOPLE in any way whatsoever. There are multiple cases made, that are well supported with original Aramaic word meanings which prove Elohim NOT to necessarily be plural, but either plural or singular, as well as the case that God is speaking among the angels, as the book of Job proves. Job 38:7 The angels existed prior to Creation, there is no debate. All trinitarians believe that verse is the ultimate proof of the trinity when it doesn't even hold a DROP of water in its defense. Also, the verse is not Gen. 1:1, it's 1:26. Clearly your knowledge of Scripture is abysmal and you really need to listen to this man in the video and do some very extensive Bible study and prayer on the matter as there is ZERO teaching, anywhere in the entire Bible, of any trinity concept. If God were three people, He would have made it unmistakable and would have very extensively taught the concept from Genesis to Revelation. It is found absolutely nowhere in Scripture. For the sake of your very soul, please study and pray on the concept of God as a single person, as that is what the Bible teaches. He is ONE person, and most importantly Jesus Christ IS that person. Believing in the trinity is a death sentence for your soul as it breaks the first two Commandments in that it causes one to worship another god in place of the God of the Bible, as well as creating a false IMAGE of God, an idol, which is idolatry. If you love, worship and pray to the trinity god, you do not love the God of the Bible ... who is ONE. God proclaims that He shares His glory with nobody else. Isaiah 42:8 That means that He IS Jesus Christ. God proclaims that He is the One and ONLY Savior. Isaiah 43:11 That means that Jesus Christ IS God the Father - in the flesh. Jesus declares that if you do not believe that He is God Almighty, you will die in your sins. John 8:24 That means you will not have His blood to cover you for Salvation after your physical death. He is repeating what the Father said in Isaiah 43:10 when He states this in John 8:24. He is saying I AM HE, meaning He is the Everlasting Father that Isaiah declared He would be almost a thousand years prior to His birth into the flesh in Isaiah 9:6. Jesus is the Prince of Peace, the Everlasting Father, the Mighty God and ... He ... is ... ONE. God bless.

If you think i am wrong then please tell me what word was used in the manuscripts for "God" in the original language. Secondly, Elohim is hebrew NOT Aramaic. Where did you even get that nonsense? Thirdly, Elohim is plural not singular. The singular is El or Eloah. When the "im" or "ot" suffixes are used in hebrew words that indicates a plural. Please check any hebrew grammar book. The Trinity is an error brought into the church 300 years after Jesus, enforced by Constantine in 325 BC. "Let us make Man in our image" was God speaking to His Son. Gen 1:26. We know this because there is no other being he could be speaking too who he would consult. There are what appears to be very powerful verses on both sides of this argument, but the issue is settled for me with just one argument. Jesus, nor any of the apostles taught that God is a trinity, period. You might argue that they alluded to it, seemed to say. whatever. They didn't teach it. If this doctrine is true Jesus neglected to teach it. Just like if we are commanded to baptize in the name of the Father, Son and Holy ghost, then the disciples and all the new Christians neglected to practice it because we have not one example of them doing it in all of scripture. God is one not three. If there were three Gods then which one would take the throne? There would just be chaos everywhere and there wouldn’t be any order in the universe. The reason why some people believe in this is because this is the result of Jesus Christ’s original message becoming corrupt overtime. And even if it does talk about the trinity in the Bible, this doesn’t matter because there are over 200 different versions of the Bible and it is not in its original form. The final prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was sent to clear up these misconceptions and to re-establish the same pure message that all of the other prophets and messengers in the past have preached before people corrupted it. He was sent with the last revelation until the day of judgement which is the Quran. This book is the criterion over all religion and it is a historical fact that not a single letter has changed ever since revelation. And there is nowhere in here that says God is three. Jesus is a Prophet like Adam like Moses like Muhammed (peace be upon them all). Adam and Jesus (PBUT) were created the same way. The difference is that Adam wasn't carried by a mother and Jesus was carried by his blessed mother the Virgin Mary. This is the way Muslims view Jesus and the Jesus vs. Adam. God doesn't have a son and Jesus isn't god's begotten son. God isn't like humans. His characteristics aren't like us and he doesn't do things the way we do. Jesus realized his oneness with the Father God and wanted us to be one with the Father just as he is (John 17:11). He also told people to worship the Father, not him. If you read carefully in Bible, you will know why it says Elohiym(which is plural). Because it describe that The Father/God is God of *many or everything*(plural) or so *Greate* and to say this in one Word in hebrew is Elohiym. (Because He is the only true God and there is no one else beside Him and no other) I believe when God said "let us". He is saying this as a Great King and talk to Himself or Declare Himself this way for instance to His own Word, Spirit and Wisedom(Psalm33:6, Proverbs8:1-30, John1:1-3)(Notice Wisedom is femine and Word is masculine, as for instance a watch is femine. It doesn't mean it's a person, and this how they described in acient times, they didn't say "it" as we nowdays say). Because that was how He, Our Father created all. God is ONE. He is not one, as three. He is ONLY One. Jesus Christ is God the Father just exactly as the Bible teaches. Isaiah declared, almost a thousand years prior to Christ's birth into the flesh, that He would be the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace and the Counselor. Isaiah 9:6 God the Father declared that He shares His glory with no other individual. Isaiah 42:8 God declared that He is the ONLY Savior. That makes Him Christ. Isaiah 43:11 Christ declared that "if you do not believe that I AM (He)[God the Father], you will die in your sins." John 8:24 He was repeating a quote from the Father in Isaiah 43:10 where the Father stated that HE was the great I AM. God is not a trinity and those who believe in, and embrace a trinity god, are not praying to or worshiping the God of the Bible and are in danger of being destroyed. Open your hearts to the Truth and pray for clarity on these matters. If you are not capable of scouring the Scriptures for the answer to this, and other questions, you are likely not worthy of being Christ's disciple. "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, ..." Hosea 4:6 "... those who do not understand will fall." Hosea 4:14 It is your duty as a Christian to learn all that you possibly can about the God that you proclaim to worship when you declare yourself a Christian (follower of Christ).
