I have been dealing with condemnation even though I repented. I know it’s the enemy and I rebuke condemnation and shame in the name of Jesus.

I've had to deal with a LOT of condemnation over the years, especially because I was raised by parents who heaped it on. Spesking Romans 8:1 out loud helps attack that spirit, along with other confessions of faith, like: I am the righteousness of God in Christ I am accepted in the Beloved I am a son of God becoming I am called and chosen, appointed and anointed (John 15:16 applies to each one of us that He has drawn out of the world) I am His child, and Father God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit all love me Also, spending time worshipping Him and being in His Presence is very good for your soul (mind, will and emotions). Lastly, although you should do this first, say out loud, "l bind and renounce the spirit of condemnation, in Jesus' name." There is another layer to this as well. If anywhere in your past you have been made to feel condemned, guilty, or bad about yourself, you might need to press in to the Lord for a deeper healing and freedom. Since this is a persistent problem, there might be persistent lies you still believe. Ask the Lord to reveal and heal, and keep going back to Him for help. Plus, forgive yourself. Have compassion for yourself, as it is impossible to fully avoid stumbling with sin. The Lord told me many years ago to have compassion for those that oppose themselves, and I realized that I was among that number at times. Perhaps you are too. Let us know how it goes :)

Entertained contacting my ex out of guilt, despite turning him away many times and getting warnings from the Holy Spirit, eventually feeling bad for him was used against me by Satan. I left church to be with a woman who insinuated sex from our first conversation. It wasn’t until we started dating she told me that her ex lover who she rebounded after her ex husband was also her kids soccer coach. Also she barely ended things with him weeks after we were getting to know each other. By that time I was so blinded and ignored all the red flags. It was so uncomfortable situations, she hid me from everyone important. I had to sneak around from her kids and ex husband. He would still try to sweet talk her back. No matter how much I expressed all this things to her it never changed. She told me to get over the whole soccer coach thing. Just so much drama. It’s sad because it took her leaving me and counseling and church people to tell me how unhealthy it was. I’ve repeatedly learned the hard way. I even got an std from her which she denied it could be her. I just want God to change me because I’m done with these patterns of dysfunction. Please pray for me.

Yea I agree in a way, I have fallen into sun recently, but I would not say I’m living in sin.
