I'm a Hindu, and non doer has been told to me by elders in the family, n in scriptures.. But the way you explained made it so easy. The Domino example is so real. We are just one of the piece of the domino..but we forget all the earlier pieces..our past lives, our past karmas..our creation and the reason why we were created in the first place. I love your videos.

Ohh Aaron, you are God sent. I spent 42 years of my life witnessing what my body does.I was a single mother with 2 children. No money enough no home ,moving permanently. Definitely a very hard life, but every time the situation get hard.i became the observer. I was able to cut my thoughts and move further. The situation changed when i met my husband. Now i had stability a person who love and cares about me and then the fear kikt on.Now i had something to lose. I didn't know that I had that ability only when I lose it. Since then i am searching, i was year's depressed. Now i understand what i lost but it was a long way. I had a dream, a conversation with God. He said to me " I can't help you because we never meet, and in my dream i undestud what he meant, that i was to busy with my worldly life and I disconnected from him.You will be not able to find me,until you will see Me in every human being "

This was exactly what I needed to hear at this moment. I was literally exhausted at one point this evening when I felt so overwhelmed by all the “non-awake” choices I had made throughout the day. All the doership I had done, and attached judgment to. I just wanted to stop thinking! I try so hard to be free , when paradoxically, it’s the absence of trying that leads to freedom. My mind is chock full of what I’ve studied, read and heard about freedom and enlightenment that I find myself deliberately trying to incorporate it all, as if I’m being graded! I just started crying and said “help, I don’t even know what I feel or want at this point”! Then my mind just sort of went blank and I felt a moment of calm come over me. I stopped thinking. I got up, grilled dinner, and let it all go. Now I listened to this and it makes perfect sense. Thank you Aaron, I love you so much

Thank you so much, Aaron and Zarcus (sp.?), for this explanation of non-doership! It helps me release more of the ego stuff, and see that so much of my actions are conditioning, which my ego has claimed credit or blame for. It’s only conditioning, or habit. I can observe it, and quit allowing my ego to torture me over those actions. I am the next-to-last domino in the line. Very helpful! 💝

That non doership sound so great but yet that Ego makes it so hard to achieve. Guess practice, remember to be present, remember who you really are is key. It's easy to do when you sitting on a chair at home watching videos or when doing your daily chores. But at work when everything around you is going 100 miles per hour, it's not the same thing. I wish it was that easy all the time. Guess like everything else, it takes practice. If we can call this practice to remember to be present.

Another interesting example could be like playing tabletops rpg's. We make a bunch of characters to go on adventures, we play those parts, and they level up, get new abilities, and such. And sometimes those characters die. But we are still there, playing the part of all the characters we've made or will make. Just like the universe, or God, expressing itself through all of us fleshy avatars.
