Featuring renowned art historian Dr. Elizabeth Lev and the Choir of Men and Boys at Saint Paul's, this is the first event of the Advent series "Picturing the Prince of Peace: Christ's Nativity in Art," presented by St. Paul's Parish, Harvard Catholic Center, and St. Paul's Choir School. Dr. Lev presents a visually, intellectually, and spiritually engaging narrative of how images of the Nativity, particularly associated with the Epiphany, developed from the early Christian catacombs to the exquisite mosaics of Italy. The Choir of Men and Boys follows this visual journey with three moving Advent and Christmas arrangements: Silent Night, Adam Lay Ybounden, and Ave Maria.
