I'm definitely water (pisces), relaxed and going with the flow. I have no ambitions and am comfortable with little. I don't have a lot of money, but at the same time I am very rich in the ways that matter to me. I just let the current of life take me wherever it leads me, and ever since I really fell into this way of being rather than try hard in vain to fit into the mold of society, life has been good to me. In a group setting I let other people do the talking and I barely say a few sentences, it's just how I am by default. It's not that I have nothing to say, it's more that the things I care to talk about are either uninteresting or go over the head of most people, and what they talk about is mundane to me and I don't have any input on it. It's nothing against them, it just is what it is. I've learned over the course of my life to just accept this about myself, and just being my natural self has taken a lot of stress off thinking that I need to say things to people just for the sake of breaking the silence. I'm exactly who and what I need to be, for whatever reason that God has planned for me, and ever since viewing my life as a movie that consciousness is observing, it's been rather peaceful and effortless. I just had to comment, it’s absolutely insane how the Universe works. I just had a massive realization today about embracing the fire dosha, and stop dimming my own light. I had a lot of success being myself authentically and I get home and see this video. Perfect time! For the longest time I suppressed my fire side thinking it was all ego, but something I read about the Hindu God Hanuman, stuck out to me, that he had immense power yet was always humble and of service to humanity. I definitely needed this. The ego would trick me into either being cocky or Being so meek that either way I was miserable. And I realized that the fire side call it as it is, explosive personality is just how I was designed to fulfill my unique Dharma. I asked myself how would someone made of the element of fire be stretched?... then I got two answers: You either burn slower than you usually would or you shine at full strength at a distance like a star.... using our sun as an example. a third idea came up as well. become a manipulator of that element, a beast formed after the consummation of the element and its core concept... A fire breather A dragon or a phoenix for instance,. all from the source of fire but wielding their identities along with the power that their element gifts them. Separate but united. The words come thru me from that higher self, to the ego self that was given the name Robin and the apparent world self that reflects everything I rejected subconsciously and experience as separate from Robin. I’m vata-kapha and totally understand the mind bit. I currently have an imbalance and I’m reverting back to what has worked in the past: 👉🏾 sleep and wake up at same time 👉🏾 eat meals at same time and also make sure it’s cooked. Consistent meal times also help, and eating mindfully with no distractions 👉🏾 daily pranayama, meditation and asana practice - again try to stick to the same time

I love astrology but it gets tricky because ive found 1 plus 1 doesnt always equal 2 with it. Yash, curious to your perspective (please dont take this as non dual talk lol, but looking from my authentic experience) on the idea of why we believe that we are experiencing “others” when in our experience (I can say in the closest truth I can find in my experience) there’s nothing that I can say for sure experientially exists outside of me, and that fills me up without fear, but with so much love when I see that, because everything is closer than close and one in that sense. Idk why we imagine there is a world “out there” when the closeness and truth of our experience doesn’t show that. From what I have seen, I MAY be seeing things along the lines of solipsism, but its so true ime and I would have to go to imagination to IMAGINE that there is a world outside of this perception. (Note I’m sure this is scary for the identity, but ime so far, it feels more like home and from what I can tell is far more true than anything else). So yes I am totally interested in the group sessions to discuss something at this level which I can’t seem to really find anywhere else atm. Great video Yash. But i have one point of disagreement kind of. I used to be fire, at one point, joined the army, travelled after the army didnt work out, went to college after that. I was all drive 4 a while. But spirituality, what i never asked for, has broken me down. Im weak, isolated, surrendered, lowly, suffering etc. Dont have much fire left.
