It is easy to feel as if you are improving for a while only to "slip backwards". And it is especially common in spiritual practice that we reach a place where we feel in alignment regarding our life, only to experience a time period where we feel like we are back to square one. We are struggling. We can not find a sense of inner peace.

Interesting way of looking at this. Astrology has the same mind boggling concept of planets crossing in retrograde over your old issues, which reignites the old wounds. But it appears that time isn't really happening; it's an illusion. The blockages are always orbiting until they are purified and don't affect you. The idea of I'm here--I'm there is a concept tacked on to explain what's happening.

Spiral + ladder = double helix = DNA = the shape of string on a violin or guitar. Think octaves, acoustics. Sympathetic/empathetic vibration. Example: go to a piano and hit low note very hard with the sustain pedal down (so there is no resistance). The octaves vibrate. This is the focus on the area you want to change. Other strings vibrate in addition to the octaves. The second most common note according to the math will be the perfect 5th. If you focus, it will be the second "loudest" tone you hear. When you switch your perspective and you are healed, you are "done." Even when you're "done," you've only modulated. The original tone is less, but another tone within the same sound now appears to be more dominant. You've only changed your focus (perspective). Love all of the vids...seriously. Thank you! :)

Tomorrow something is going to manifest in my life that I know would have spurred WWIII if it had happened 3 weeks ago before I started watching Teal's videos. Omg Ms. Swan, this is a much better way of describing these kinds of expansions! My sister and mother were complaining the day I told them my daughter's family and I were wanting to move closer to them! They said, "We don't want Sarah's "drama" up here around us." Seriously? We use to be very close as a family until cycles were being broken and I've been on a spiritual journey for the last couple of years realizing and questioning the "conditions" I was raised on. I finally grew courage to stand up to them and my response was priceless, I think! I said, "What may seem like drama to you is actually life! Sarah's life and she going through the same crap we've all been through and made different decisions than what she's figuring out! Maybe instead of being so damn judgemental, you might find a little compassion and offer your advice of how you handled the exact situation in a different generation! " WOW! That was the first time I not only stood up to them, I stuck up for my daughter! Thank you for explaining this differently thats a little easier to understand! Wow perfect timing. JUST what I needed and exactly what I've been dealing with with caused major emotional highs and lows. Kept feeling like I was falling but each time I "relapsed" it was a worse fall because I had experienced the opposite which was amazing. Literally talked with a friend yesterday about feeling done with an issue, not going back to that lonely hopeless place, but then I would and blamed my self, lose the self love I had.
