Quick note from a Lisa main: when using the charge part for her E skill, you don't have to hold it down for very long. If you're observant, you'll notice two circles - one indicates the radius and the other is expanding to reach that radius. Once the second circle reaches the first, then you can let it go. Or, if you're not looking at other things, but notice as she's charging that lightning strikes the charged ball in her hand - that's your queue. It'll shave off about a couple seconds if you get the timing right. Also, interrupting the charge - letting go of the E button before reaching full - will cast the tap version instead

Lisa is the only one who does it by default with her A4 Burst, but the others are Ayaka C4, Klee C2, Nahida C2 and Razor C4. So yeah, a very exclusive club! My only wish is that her E had some kind of insta-charge mechanic like Beidou does. 2 seconds feels like ages in this game for some reason.

About the dmg showcase with Navia , there are 2 variable that could make it different 1.Furina ult, which can gain fanfare at different times 2.Navia E deals different amount of dmg depending on how many pellets hit the enemy.

#2 is definitely why the numbers are varying. The game checks how many bullets hit the enemy, then calculates a single value to show on screen. If you miss some bullets, it will just show a lower number and won't tell you that you missed

The most important thing about def shred is that it doesn't diminish. Neither real (like EM) or pseudo diminishing through saturation (like bonus and attack). If you pair Lisa with Nahida C2, you'll actually see higher than 8% gains from Lisa def shred. Defense shred is more common in HSR so you may have heard this more often if you play that game. But keep in mind def shred and ignore function differently in genshin. In genshin they are multiplicative which may sound good but sadly in this case it's worse. E.g. Nahida C2 is an 18% increase for Keqing, but only 11% for C2 Raiden.

I main Lisa for like 2and a half years so i was pretty happy with this vid. The 8,1% increase seems right amd even if it doesn't seem that big it is "unconditional" across the while team which makes it quite fun for some weird teams. Thought i gotta say the "best" ways to play (as a dps) her rn is either the quickbloom team you showcased or a chevreuse/benny/xl team which does need a bit of fummel practice to battery both het and xl. Also i love her as a eula supp... That's pretty much the only way i play eula now.

Yeah 8% increase to damage just across the team for 10 seconds is no joke. And Lisas Burst stays up for a while. So it will be longer then 10 seconds, more like her whole Burst +10 seconds after it goes down.

As a person who triple crowned lisa, im proud of you moga, i dont really use her in abyss since physical teams aren't great [i main eula] but she is good for dendro teams however, there are better alternatives. Anyway, i like to use her when im bored of "meta" characters, i love the feeling of charging up a skill to do massive damage She is really fun at c6

Lisa works well, if you know her timings. It takes a bit of practice to get the flow right. So lisas def stat down = roughly an 8% increase to damage.

Navia is an RNG machine. Her damage depends not only on how may bullets you shoot but also how many of them hit the target (in a shotgun pattern). If just one or two bullets miss the hitbox the damage will be less.

With Dendro, Lisa is pretty nice actually, I started a f2p account and saved every primo for Nahida got her (last rerun), and then dropped the account 2 months later lol, but I was rockin the Nahida, Lisa, Barbara team and boy was that so much easier than my first and main accounts playthrough, boy that was scuffed lol.

12:00 180k was with geo resonance, and 116k without. 12:09 - can't be sure if all "bullets" hit one target there wich is a big deal, but still no geo res. Also it wasn't on a video so i can't tell that it was a problem, but you could miss Navia's artefact set buff, if her signature set is equipped, depends on what you were doing then and if it was the problem, then Verdict also doing his stuff. 12:27 150k was under the shield so you had your geo res buff.

For Nahida you don’t need that much EM, for example I have her as a hybrid with double em and crit rate. I have around 60/150 with 800 em but with dendro res I could be at 930 with 130 er.

Razor hold E also does something with defense, for funny haha moments you can try Raiden (c2+) + Razor Hold E + Lisa burst and ignore the enemy defense. Yea c6 also does something with defense.

Venti - 4pc VV, Skyward Harp Traveler - 4pc Thundering Soother, Lion’s Roar. Use Lisa to apply Electro to enemy. Switch to Noelle and Skill near enemy. Grab Electro Crystallize as Noelle. Switch to Venti and Burst. Switch to Lisa and Burst. Switch to Traveler and Burst. Switch to Lisa and apply 3 stacks of Conductive, and then use Skill (hold). This might be the strongest damage she can do? 4pc Archaic Petra will give 35% Electro DMG Bonus. 2pc Thundering Fury will give 15% Electro DMG Bonus. 2pc Golden Troupe gives 20% Elemental Skill DMG LPttSW (R1-R5) gives (16-32%) Elemental DMG Bonus. 4pc VV decreases Electro RES by 40%. Lisa’s Burst decreases by 15%. Traveler’s (Anemo) C6 makes Burst decrease Electro RES by 20%. If everything works out right.

I like Lisa a lot lol, one of my personal favs. I havent used her in a bit but I still built her enough to be usable anytime I want. Coincidentally, I actually built her with EM pre-Dendro because of her characterization of being knowledgeable on elemental reactions at the start of the game. So I tried to stack EM on her while having a good crit ratio. Its was a lotta fun at the time lol.

As a Lisa main, that 15% defence shred is not so effective. Maths says, that reduced def increases the defence multiplier from 0.49 to 0.516. Not THAT big difference. So missing out on that burst on rotations wont impact much, so dont focus on ER.

The reason Navia's damage was so different was due to her artifact set. It gives her 30% geo damage bonus while under a crystalized shield. During some of the shots you did not have a crystalize shield.

how def % works is it lowers there total dmg by 15% or until it gets to 0 it wont go under. few enemies even early game have few def except simon and P.M.A. who only has 9. the dmg will make a huge leap on enemies with alot of def bc the scaling is drastic like azdhaha, raiden, and some sumuru bosses

I'm afraid this isn't how defense works. It's just a set formula based on your level and the enemy level. It's different from both resistance and damage reduction.
