Pierce rate work with every attack With HP based attack units It's just the multiplayer, instead of 120% of attack value It becomes like 10% of HP , and both multiples by the value of pierce.... ect(whatever the formula that netmarble use)

ok I've seen a lot of her for a while now trying to find what I think of her and for now I see her as a strong A grade festival unit at 4/6 and above, lower than that weak A grade she's just not a unit I'll think I'll use in PvP or PvE compared to what we have available
